Last year they closed at 8pm every night. I can't seem to confirm that it's still that way this year. Just spent 36 hours "fishing" in OBX. Caught nothing. I NEED to wrangle some fish this weekend, but I'm not spending $10 to stop fishing just as they start to really bite..

Dam, that sucks. Not even a Sea Mullet?

I haven't fished at NB for quite a while, but I heard they built a deck and made it difficult, if not impossible to cast your surf rod.

Check out some recent Town Creek pier or PLO fishing reports. You may want to hit one of those spots.

Had maybe a small Croaker on until I got him a foot away and then he spit the hook.

NB used to be my favorite place but I didn't go once last year.

Has NO ONE gone there this year?? This IS "PIER" and Surf, right?
