My buddy Charles and I fished NOB from 11pm until about 3:30am. He had all the luck landing a 27 and a 37 inch striper, all I got to do was play net boy lol. It wasn't much of a year for drum but it's shaping up to be a nice year for striper.

No pass required at NOB and the pier has a blanket license. Ovmadman this was at one of the empty ship piers, but we have caught a couple at the fishing pier by the carriers too.
