FYI,
I was playing volley ball on the 81st st beach today and they (city?) are aggressively dumping huge boulders into the water about 500 yard off the beach. Looks like good structure where the fish will congregate after all is said and done. Maybe prime for Mr. Brownsuit next summer as bait fish will loiter around there. Get your yak or stinkpot out there and it looks good to me.
Not now, the boat cops are doing laps around the project.
