BSB, without question. They're often lighter in color when they're young and in shallower water. As they grow bigger they'll head to reefs and wrecks offshore where they'll get coal black with brilliant blue edging on their scales.

Caught a pile of them over the years in NC inshore. Always small. Never seen one that light in color. Interesting..
