Looking for a decent spinning heaver rod between 11' & 13'. I'M not bias to the brand as everyone has mixed opinions from what I've read. Needs to be able to throw 8nbait.

What is your budget? Bang for the buck, the Tsunami series is hard to beat. The Airwave and the Airwave Elites are great rods for the money (IMO). If you have a little more in your budget, the Carolina Cast Pro series (CCP) are fantastic rods. I can't say enough about the CCP's. Tommy's is great to deal with too. I have both and are very happy with both.
