I fished at Matapeake througout the week. I went three times and got skunked once. Fishing has slowed down quite a bit, but I still see a lot of traffic at the pier. White perch were abundant one day and they came and left fairly quickly (About 2 hours and stopped biting bloodworms). I caught 10 white perches that night and others caught many as well. Caught a few undersized stripers over all, but I spent more time there than I should have. As for people around me, I didn't see too much action minus the perch and occasional catfish and undersized stripers.

There are lots of seaweed. Lots. It sometimes gets to the point where it will get hung up on your rig and it will carry your rig far away from its original location. Saw lines get tangled and I even got tangled a few times with myself and others. Check your lines occasionally!

Lol, no, this is not my mess. My mess was at the other end, not quite as messy.

Where the white perch good size keepers? If keepers, I will have to hit the piers on Tred Avon River in Oxford.
What size do you consider keepers? (Since there is no minimum size limit or creel limit). I would guess 8" - 10"? But mostly on the smaller size with occasional big ones. I could be off though, since I don't measure these guys.
