Being head of a military history museum, I requested to be on the advisory board but I think they were afraid I would come up with too much historical slant to plans for EOD. I did get the minutes from the meetings. I've always thought something could be done to develop some kind of access and fishing opportunity there. There are some grants available if a fishing organization wanted to work on such a project with the local community and Federal governments. Check out this link to my home fishing club's web site:
