I fished the Inlet from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM with the Sand Man the weather was great but we only saw a few fish being landed. I witnessed several Blk Sea Bass and one Flounder being caught as the tide was rolling in. It was dead for the most part of the day and we used everything from bait to lures. At 5:20 PM the sun began to shut down for the day and we landed two Stripers on Shrimp. One had the dreaded Fisteria spots on it and the other one was fine. Both were keepers in the range of 20 inches but still way to small for my taste. My suggestion is clean your reels and check your lines because in 3 weeks it's going to be nut's out there. We should be into some very serious Bass fishing with fish in the range of 36 to 52 inches.
