Hi, I go down there and have only had the opportunity to fish a few times. I've gone to the mount pleasant pier that is under the Ravanel Bridge. That is where the Jiggin' Jerry guy fishes. You can catch a lot off that pier because it is located over the old charleston bridge which has a lot of structure under the water. From a recent report in murrells inlet you should be able to catch a lot of sheepshead this time of year. Don't hold me to that because I've not been in a while, but that would be your best bet I would think. I think it is called the Patriots Pointe Pier.

I believe the stack of sheepshead pics are from a local guide on a boat. Keep in mind that guides will work very hard and maximize available resources (several types of live bait, burn gas to go the distance, etc) to get their clients on fish. There are 3 areas of artificial reefs offshore of MI and I am willing to bet they were on one of them. ChefRobb is a very good shoreline angler. If the fish are there, he is probably on them.
