Fished the outside bar on the west side this A/M with limited success, conditions were excellent (incoming tide with a S/E wind blowing out against it), but I guess the fish didn't take notice. Started at 0500 and fished til 0630. Started out with different colored 4" Storm paddle-tails and switched to metal when the Tailor-Blues showed up. Did manage to catch a couple 2-4 lb blues and even a 15" Flounder on a Cast-Master w/ a single-hook bucktail that was being offered to the Blues. Lots of fun and a great morning, all fish released to fight another day. Flounder - under-sized and the Blues didn't quite compete as tablefare to the 6-7lb Gray that I caught yesterday afternoon in Rudee that's still in the cooler on ice.
