Looking for advice on late April surf locations; have only been up to Avon/Buxton area for fall fishing. Thinking something a lil further south, possibly Fort Fisher...wondering about good locations for this time of year??

Na na na you'll be fine in that area that time of year. Hit the frisco ramps and drive/walk the point at night. We always have a room booked in buxon that time of year.

And I would plan a few trips on the ferry to Ocracoke also, usually about time the drum start migrating north and April is around the time they start to show face. Or if you don't want to make that run then Ramp 55 can also be very productive.
