Anyone have any info on where I could purchase some Lami blanks in my area (DC->Baltimore)?

Thanks

I just called this place for you.

They don't stock them, but can order them.

You can call and talk to Joe Bruce @

He might know who stocks them around here.

I'll keep looking.

Orest,

Thanks for your help. :). Still undecided on which rod blank I want to make for my Winter project. Looking into the All Star line too...

Better hurry up and decide; am hoping for very short winter, can't wait for the spring runs.

I don't mind driving to AI, but a short trip to SPSP or the Tank would be nice.

SPSP or the Tank are good...

Orest,

I agree that SPSP and the Tank are closer drives compared to AI and IRI. Usually during the Spring I like to fish SPSP or Matapeake (outstanding in the Spring) but I always keep my ears open for anything going on at AI or IRI. Personally, I would rather drive the 2 or 2-1/2 hours to the ocean and get some sand in my toes or salt in my face. I'm and ocean guy at heart. ;)

This Spring I plan on fishing the Susky flats during catch-and-release season. Lots of big stripers up there - and on plugs too!
