They should only be in large open waterways! Juggs 2 small!

We oughta start complaing 2 DNR about this guy bein 2 far in river. Think i'll check their site n complain 2nite. Urge all residents 2 do same.

DNR knows all about this because these comm fisherman pays Md some decent $$$ to do this. DNR also makes sure they have the proper nets there now. all that said i still believe you shouldnt be allowed to net in a waterway that small!!! its a travesty!!!

best we can do as fishermen is inform our representatives about the problem, it's effects on recreational fishing, and our recommendations. dnr does not have the ability to change rules in an instant. it has to be passed through legislation which, unfortunately, takes a long time. there are rules and guidelines set up for these commercial fishing outfits. if they follow them, then they are good to go. then recreational fishermen like us have limited access to the fish.
