Is it me or does it seem like the wind howls for about 3 days straight each week;this is driving me crazy.I fished OC last night and got my but kicked by light rain and very strong winds.I had plans to go marsh hopping from Saxis VA-south today;I wonder if I will ever catch some Reds or Trout in with my Stripers.I got the fishing bug way too bad lately but the weather just doesnt permit.

My plans for tomorrow and Thurs got screwed because of this wind. I was coming down to OC to fish for tog off the jetty, and bulkhead, and stripers with storm lures off the 50 bridge. But not at 40 MPH. Im upset..

Some of the best striper fishing I've ever seen at the Narrows happened in a howling noreaster. Throwing 2-3 oz. jig heads to get down deep produced fish after fish from 25-38".
