Hooking up with a fish is fun, but catching more than one fish at a time on the same rig or lure can provide some additional excitement. Catching two or more of the same species is not uncommon - spot, sea mullet or croaker on a bottom rig or bluefish hitting the same lure. What are some unusual, peculiar, interesting or memorable multi-fish hook ups have you had on the same rig or lure?

Thx,

How about this.. Trolling off Hatteras,we had made up 2 hook rigged ballyhoo with seawitches... While trolling, we then hooked a nice yellowfin tuna about 30lbs.. The tuna was hooked on the back hook of the rig and the seawitch was in front of him.. As the tuna was doing it's death spirals, here comes a gaffer sized dolphin.. This dolphin proceeded to pursue seawitch and finally got it in one of the death spirals of the tuna.. We then fought the dophin AND the tuna to the boat.. I gaffed the tuna and the dolphin came over as well.. Sweet eating catch.. :D

I had a croaker-flounder hook up soaking a 3-hook bottom. It was memorable for me b/c it was the first flounder I caught at night (~1 AM) and it was tiny, maybe 5". I suspect Napoleon's eyes were bigger than his stomach/mouth and made a right at the Golden Croaker Corral and went for the squid instead.
