I bet it won't sell to any single person maybe another gov or high end company . to many codes of what can and can't be done these days to turn it into something else.. Plus Just maintenance and liability would be way high,getting potable water ,gas,and grey water on -off would be a pain in the ass. Its always crowded with diver and boats fishing it.

I am telling you guys this has the potential to be the shi nizzle of wealthy getaways. It has an appeal rich bad guys could not resist. You know the type, drug lords- entertainment moguls- politicians....they would pay handsomely to bring their favorite significant others for guaranteed privacy. Or maybe even high roller poker games? The helicopter pad would make a great man on man fighting venue. The potential is endless......
