Hello everyone. Hope y'all can help me out. The company I work for is taking our guys(14 of us) to Hyde county for a 2 day retreat June 9 & 10. The owners house is at the mouth of Slades creek.

I am looking for help on what fish will be in the area at that time(I know the watet temp. and weather will effect what's there). And also any tips of what to use to catch them.

My best advice.... take a shotgun. I think there are more Bear in Hyde Co. than fish.

Contact a few of the local fishing guides in that area, they'll let ya know what they are catching and on what bait. Heck just go ahead and book a half day trip with them, then ya won't have to guess and they'll put ya on the fish.

Thanks, I will make some calls to some guides. The house we are going to is the owners duck hunting impoundment and has more land for deer and bear hunting.
