Fished the Hampton side of the HRBT this morning on the incoming tide until it changed. Threw all kinds of gulps and squid along the pilings and rocks but couldn't find anything other than small (6-8 inch) croaker. If you're inclined to clean such fish, you could fill a cooler, but I wasn't really in the mood.
Water wasn't as cloudy as I expected with all the rain but there was a ton of grass and garbage in it and I was the only guy out all morning.
Might make a weekend trip to kiptopeke state park soon, anybody been out there yet?

Seems like the water temps are rising slow this year, pretty much just hitting 60 to 62 now on average. A good week of warm weather and less rain should get things jump started.
