Guy's I fish all over Maryland and some in NC but I have never fished the CBBT but a bunch of guys I met at PLO told me its the spot come November- Can I get any hints or do I just go out there- any choice on bait or lures

I fished it the other day. I wrote a report, "Seagull Pier Report 11/09/08". I managed one striper right up on the rocks, and that was the only one I saw the whole time I was there. Should be getting good here soon though.
