When I'm done cleaning fish and done fishing forthe day, I use baby wipes. Then when I get home I use soap and water, then squeez some lemon juice and wash again. It works for me.

I don't worry about it... Once Ive either wiped off or washed my hands if the smell remains I know it will eventually dissipate. Not really a huge concern for me.

Being serious , You really don't want to get rid of the fishy smell on your hands if you are still fishing. What ever you use to kill fish smell on your hands can be transfered to to your bait. Fish have a very good sense of smell. If you sanitize yor hands then handle bait you don't have to worry about getting more fish smell on your hands. .

Leave it. Augment the aroma with onions, garlic & hot sauce.

vinegar or lemon juice combined with dish soap
the acid in those cuts the proteins in fish slime and the soap helps wash it off
for fishy clothes add a cup or two of vinegar to the washing machine

Bass Pro sells a piece of Stainless Steel that will take the smell out, by just wetting your hands and rub like a bar of soap
