Being serious , You really don't want to get rid of the fishy smell on your hands if you are still fishing. What ever you use to kill fish smell on your hands can be transfered to to your bait. Fish have a very good sense of smell. If you sanitize yor hands then handle bait you don't have to worry about getting more fish smell on your hands. .
