i got there about 4:50pm and stayed till about 6:30....me and a friend was on the other side of bridge....throwing at the light pole... there was a older guy on the bay side of bridge in some waders... and if that was you.. you were down in front of the beach bar thing?.. i was wearing some maroon sweats and flannel shirt.. white cap
