Heard there were some good boats out of brielle, nj thay go out for seabass and porgies. I've heard those Jamaica boats were good. Has anyone fished on these boats and how good are they?

Jamacia is a good boat . . . Their offshore 18hr deepwater wreck trips are legend.

Across the Manasquan River in Pt Pleasant are a couple of popular bottomfishing boats named the Norma-K and Dauntless.

My favorite boat in Pt Pleasant is the Gambler but he just came off tuna trips and is now on stripers and blues.

Good luck!

There are also some good head boats right across the bridge in Point Pleasant. (e.g., Norma K, Gambler, etc.). There are also several just a short way from Brielle/Pt. Pleasant, in Belmar, and even more in Atalantic Highlands. I've fished most of them and have had no issues with any of them. You can get information for all of these boats on line. Good luck.
