Work has me today,they don't care if it's Fathers day or what and I think my child has forgotten about this day no card oh well this to shall past,always a stepchild,but to all the lucky Fathers out there have a great day. TRIGGER

Received a package from my daughter in San Francisco yesterday but waited till this morning to open it up. Some pretty neat things: a hand made Father's Day card, a package of assorted Mepps spinners (I still wade for small mouth bass), a Rapala combo pack w/jig buster, clipper, and hook file, and a bottle of Trout Gravy (a west coast fish attractant that the surf fisherman use there).

My wife gave me a book of waterproof navigational charts for the Chesapeake Bay to go with my new boat. She's also preparing prime rib for a nice Father's Day dinner.

My youngest daughter and 2 grandkids will be by later today. They always show up on Sunday afternoon around dinner time.

So I would say that Father's Day this year has started out with a bang and I got some nice goodies.

If the big thunder boomers stay away, momma, me,and the boys will be on the beach soakin some bait. On mothers day we were on the lake catchin blue gills and some 6" catfish on snoopy poles sippin coronas. Life is good!

Hey catman can I come over and have some of that prim rib,I know I will have to cook tonite no one else knows how to,ot maybe I can by the worf and pick up a bushell or two of crabs.

Trigger...That's a bummer having to cook on Father's Day. My daughter and the grandkids are here but the prime bibs is gone. Steamed crabs sound good.
