I am seeking some advice a fixing a somewhat busted guide. The inner black 'washer' dislodged from the round metal 'thingee' - see below.

As you can probably tell, my very technical references to the parts above suggests I have little knowledge or experience on guide repair/replacement. Is it possible to ascertain the size of the missing 'washer' and buy the missing the piece or cheaply purchase a kit various size 'washers'? If so, what is the name of the piece I am looking for? Or would I likely just need to replace the entire guide? The rod is an Okuma TU-150 and the guide is the 3rd from the top.
