[Fish'n Phil]

Fished the incoming this afternoon. Tried for trout but no luck. Lots of small bluefish around. Saw small spot being caught but not many. Dolphins moved in.

Went to 16th Street for the first time. The pier was crowded so I fished off the rocks. Caught one throw back speck and that was it. Did see one keeper trout caught on Gulp. Saw an impressive school of large mullet just milling about.
