Still pretty quiet in the evenings. No specks but some grey trout showed up when the tide was slack. Once the tide started up they stopped biting. The ribbonfish are for the most part are gone.

The speck bite has picked up some over on the ER side around the terminals. I was over there Sunday and caught about 12 specks on the outgoing tide using Gulp swim shad baits, and lost another 5 or 6. They were mostly small 12-13 inch class ones, but as the water temps drop in the next month, I think the action will gradually pick up for the larger class.

I've been catching fair amount of specks and greys in the York River vicinity. It started with an 18" class of fish, but has been mostly small specs recently. They greys were 15"+ range and decent quantity. Specs were shallow.....greys deeper. Good to see them again.....
