I am coming from richmond what exit do i take in order to get to glouchester pier?? Also do you need a fishing license to fish their?

I take exit 247 off I64 to rt.238east to 17north over colman bridgeand it will be to your right. I do not fish the pier I go under the bridge to the far right near the boat ramp. There's a deep channel that runs along there...Good Luck

No license required for the pier, step off onto the beach and you need one.
