well I had to work in yorktown today, as I crossed the HRBT @ 1030 I noticed tons of gulls working all around the rocks/point at willoughby, I almost had to do a double take but it was true! wish i coulda pulled over and wet a line, but my gear was at home :( ....then on my lunch break I breezed by the york ditch/power plant to see how the action was.. only 3 people fishing looked like low tide, I watched for about 15 min. saw one guy get two on what appeared to be bait, and another guy get one on a green jig.. from my truck they looked pretty nice but questionably legal
maybe, maybe not, any way the jig caster kept his the bait caster released his two
all pups

I crossed the M&M yesterday and saw a few birds working out there too. I've always heard that when the bay water temp gets down like it is now the bite stops, but I have seen birds a few times lately. They must be there for something...
