The Chesapeake Bay Foundation (CBF) testified against the “Freedom to Fish Act” bill along with two other environmental groups, Ocean Conservancy and World Wildlife Fund.

Thank you Rich Novotny for writing such an informative article and allowing the MSSA Membership to keep informed on the “Freedom to Fish Act”.

Below is the URL to CBF article on their reasons why they voted against this bill. There are conflicting statements in this article.
