Headed down to ft fisher this weekend to do some surf fishing. Whats biting snd what are they biting?

Bro, Welcome to the party. You may do better by checking with so of the local Tackle Shops in Ft.Fischer, they would have real time information. You can check if and what bait they have.
You can use the Advanced Search at the top right for what was hot about this time last year, For a guide line.
If anyone has fresh information I'm sure they'll post but not much happening this time of year.

Ditto. Gonna be slow except for Doggies and maybe pups and trout. Find a hole soak some bait and move if nothings happening. Head out EARLY to see if there is a trout bite

I checked with a couple guide I have been with down there and they said slow in the surf but up river they are getting SOME strippers

The strippers around Wilmington are easy. $5 bills work better than $1 bills. $10's and up work great-----but you will only leave frustrated! SORRY - I couldn't help myself. Good luck - glenn

Hey Guys thanks for the reply's. Trip has been cancelled cause some idiot decided to side swipe me and total my truck. So i guess i will be seeing the Strippers instead. Thanks again.
