Two ol'grumpy men went to the Ft today. Bstarling ask me and I said yea. Caught a lot (~20) black drum from 6 to 10 inches. Caught 8 flounder all up to 13 inches. Kept 5 toadies. 2 nice sea mullet and 2 pomps. I Caught a palometa, aka long finned pompano. They have ~5 thin vertical bars and very long dorsal and anal fins. I have only seen a few. I SHOULD have taken a pic --oh well. The two of us fished 3 big bait rods and no takers. Best - glenn

Hey guys what do you think about FF tomorrow with the winds turning hard into your face from the NE with this front coming through? What's too big of a wind to typically fish FF? Looks like it might blow just at 20 or so. Thanks. Tim.

Don't know much about the place as this was my first time there. We fished in some 20+ NE wind. It took 8 ozs to hold for me 6 would roll a little.

Today (Sunday) NE 25 - 30. No hold! Monday E @15 - 20, very fishable. East is almost straight in resulting in less current than NE. That being said, the beach at FF is curved so somewhat depends where you stop. good luck - glenn
