Got out there around 7pm...Caught @ 15 keeper croaker...Threw back about 8...One Red Drum 23"..Couple of roundheads...Pretty nice until the rain really set in..Going back in the morning.:fishing:

It was pretty cool to hang out with all the retired Servicemen.. Their wise words and old stories held our attention until the next fish hit...True Heroes....Had us laughing all day... Salute to the Military (Active and Retired).

Are civilians allowd to fish there?

Yes all civilians are allowed...As long as you have a drivers license and vehicle registration, go to the visitors booth and get a day pass for fishing...Can't go tonight I have to work in the morning..I think the best times are early in the morning or late evening when the sun starts to go down..
