Ok....I know all tributaries and the Bay, the minimum flounder size that can be kept is 17 1/2.

But I know the size limit in the Atlantic Ocean is different.I checked the VMRC regs and the only other size I see is 17 inches.

Can some one clear this up for me?

I thought that they were going to change too (like NC), but I don't see anything that specifies a difference. Looks like it is 17.5" except in the Potomac and its tribs where it is 17", and 14" for commercials.

They tried the different sizes last year and blew the budget. So the ocean is the same as the bay this year.
