Flooded Ramps at Hatteras

This is one more reason to give pause when considering whether you should go fishing at the CHNSRA in the spring or just wait until fall. ORVers already have to deal with loss of beach access due to excessively large bird enclosures, bankers hours when accessing those beaches remaining open to them and erosion on whatever beaches left to drive on in general. That being said, for better or worse I'm still probably going.
