Just checking in to see if conditions have improved around the accesses to the Point. Was there the week before Thanksgiving and the Lighthouse Road was covered, especially near Ramp 43. Any intel?

It is still a wet ride. You are going to drive through water holes with 10" of nasty water to get out there. Same at 49 ( Billy Mitchell ramp) Ramps are in terrible bape with bad washboards and ruts from people powering through the water. Be prepared for the truck to smell like low tide unless you wash it off when you get off the beach.

Was there the 13th. When we came around the first turn at the campground entrance at 49 the water was high and people were making their way to the left up on the sand to get by. watched a 1500 silverado go up to the bumpers driving through it and said we would drive down to 55 and hit the pole road and sound side. ( the fishing was actually good on the slack tide and died off quickly after that)
