Does anyone have any info re: fishing supply distributors? A friend who owns an Army and Navy store in NY would like to see if he can start selling fishing equip on a small scale. Everything from rods/reels to terminal and things in between. Or should I contact the manufacturers individually?

Thanks as always...

Henry's is good to to do business with. I like dealing with them and they usually have good prices. Folsom has really good prices but they don't have the selection that Henry's does.

You've never heard of them, but these guys are HUGE.

They're just getting into direct online sales, and eBay. (Sportsmansgarage)

If you've got a tax number and a credit card, they'll sell to you.

They handle mostly "chain store" quality tackle. {South Bend, Zebco/Quantum)

But they've got every lure or plastic, in every color and ALL the little pre-packed bags of terminal tackle.

Another good source for all the little stuff, is

Fish33.com

They offer several "Start up Kits" for Bait and Tackle Shops.
