We've decided to rent a pontoon boat tomorrow from 10am - 2pm and head toward the Little River inlet. We'll have the boat for four hours. I was looking for any information on locations, techniques, and bait to use on the trip. This will be my first boating trip to fish, and I'd like to catch a few while we're out. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'll probably use multiple rigs, carolina being one. I've got some poppers, so I'm covered there. Man, haven't used them in many years, but I still held on to them. I'm hoping to bring some live mullet, and maybe catch some more from the boat as we get out there.

Any tips for someone who's never driven a boat aside from a jon boat with a trolling motor on a lake?

It is billed as this:

We're just not as pretty and neat a family (aside from my daughter) :)
