After Izzy destroyed Grandview, Harrisons and Buckroe Piers, what would be good piers to try in the event the ones ruined don't make it back? What about good surf fishing locations? Thanks.

lynnhaven pier,willoughby marina pier,va beach pier and sandbridge piers will back back next season for sure....dont know about the rest of them

Don't forget about Sea Gull too.

As far as good surf fishing spots Izzy took her toll on those as well. You will need to drive around and scout out some spots an give em a try. While chasing birds in Dec. I spotted a coulpe places that I will try come spring an summer to see if they are still there an any good. Good luck.
