The DCMSSA is hosting a drum fishing seminar on Wednesday Nov 4, 7:30pm at the Rock Bottom Brewery in Bethesda, MD. The event is free. Just pay for your own food and drinks.

The speaker won some $$ in the recent NCBBA Red Drum tournament in NC and will be covering topics including:

Planning a drum trip
Proper gear selection
Knots & Rigs
Bait Prep
Surf Casting Tecniques

Come on our and join us for a fun evening talking about big fish in the surf.

Just curious how long is the seminar? 495 is real PITA at 4:30pm and making it there right after work is hard. so Longer the better so I catch some info for future reference

The meeting starts at 7:30. We usually sit around and BS and share fishing reports for 30 minutes or so, and then the seminar goes from 8-9:15pm. Come on out. Make sure you introduce yourself and say hello.
