Hi yall. I'm driving in tomorrow and I haven't figured out the best route to take. Normally I would hit the bypass, 70, and hit 58 but kinston is under water. Any ideas? A little over 2 weeks ago I was getting into Spanish to the right of the point. Figured I would throw in a pic for replies. Thanks for reading and hopefully posting.

By the way, I would like to hit the bricks by 10 am so any info would be greatly appreciated. I can post a daily update but it might be a shit show. A few days from the family mean the cold ones will be flowing.

I suggest calling the Highway Patrol for the latest situation . . .

Check Google maps or the Waze live map. They should show any closures or traffic snarls on the route. I am on the road a lot and use Google maps for routing and have Waze on top for hazard avoidance.

Had a couple friends that went down this weekend from Raleigh area.
One went 40East all the way to Wilmington area then north up to Emerald Isle. No issues.
The other went 40 East to 24 East down around Duplin County bypassing Kinston. No issues that way either.
