It was different. Until Sunday i had never thrown a 125 gram weight or the 28 line. Took a few casts to get the feel but it seemed OK, especially with the crosswind we had. One thing I did notice though, I went back to the 150/.31 for the shootout and for one cast it did NOT feel comfortable. It is definatly a good idea to do the 150 first and keep them on seperate days.
Charlie, do you have the 14' full tourney?? I really want to cast a few different zippies.
I liked the 125. The recored distances don't reflect it but we all did great with it and the strong cross wind .It would have beeen interesting to see if some of the big hiiters might have broke 800' with a wind like day one.The 125 is much more suceptable to winds conditions .
