Looks like the 1st wave of big fish have made it down from Jersey. :)
Fish are being trolled and jigged just a 1/2 mile off the beach out of IRI.
Birds workin and everything.

Has anyone explored the IRI or OC inlet jetty's for these quality fish yet??

It figures they'd be down here now and it's so damn cold and windy and soon to get much colder :(:(

Will be at IRI early Sunday morning to catch the outgoing. Hopefully those fish stick around for a while.

Low tide is 11:40am. Pretty good Solunar and no wind predicted.

To bad the OC princess or some of the other head boats don't fish for them
Out of OC no one.

Need to go to Lewes. Should have open party boats right now targeting Stripers. About $85 a head. Call down there.
They drift fish. They supply 2 live eels. After that you have to purchase. They're like a buck apiece supplied on the boat.

Did it a couple years back. It was no bonanza. 20 guys, 3 30#'ers caught, couple of shorts. It was rough and cold...hard core.

I'd like to check into one of them, I'm not sure if I would want to go unless there was a pretty good chance of catching though, I have been checking a couple charters around cape may for walk on trips.
