The whole area between the Key Bridge and Bay Bridge is infested with croakers. Evening is the better time with bloodies and clam snouts for bait. Even with the salinity down from the last 2 years they are still moving up in the tributaries pretty good.
gwaud, how many have you been catching on an outing? I am just trying to see if it worthwhile to come out. I saw a few post saying that they were doing good at the old severn bridge in Annapolis and I have seen a few caught at SPSP. Any additional info would be appreciated. Thanks.
if you can find a clear spot fish with bloodies in the evening. On the average i catch and release about 15-30 per outing. I dont like to eat many croakers so i chuck them. When flounder start i will keep more. but it is worth it.
