does anyone know any good ways to cook croaker, and any tips on filleting them cause i also mess up my fillets and never know any good ways to cook them so i mostly just throw them back but i wanted to keep a few some time but suck at cooking and filleting
I don't fillet mine unless they are unsually large. I just gut and cut them and the last time I used the crab stuffed recipe and it was really good. At least I though so. Most times I just add some old bay, salt pepper and lemon juice and broil them. THey are probably good fried as well but personally I do not to eat too much fried stuff.
