Alright,

I finnaly have conquered the beasts than have been destroying me the past couple of nights!

I am hooking and now landing 35-45lb Cownose Rays. The bigger ones have been breaking me off aroound any object.

Anyway, I want someone who has actually eaten these things and knows how to cook them to tell me if they are worth the effort.

I fillet the wings of one but found it really tough. I sautted them which might not have been the way to go.

Anyway, any closet Emeril's in here?
