I heard that someone caught a Cobia someone in Del., is this true if so please tell me where they are. I would like to do some Big Brown hunting.

not sure about Del but OC inlet have seen a couple this past 2 weeks

One was taken around Buglight last weekend.The Boat was out
of BayWay Marina.
