I throw a lot of Cast Pro blanks that I build myself. My 32 yr old daughter fishes with me alot. She's casting my revolvers pretty well. My spacing for reel seats works well for me. However my daughter needs a couple of inches less than I prefer. My builds are very minimalist builds. Wrap on seats and heat shrink. I'm very interested in trying coasters, hoping for input on which work best and if they would work in my situation.

Vega makes an adjustable reel seat. Cape Henry tackle has them Cape Henry Custom Rods and Fishing Gear

Thanks for the link. Dont see what I'm looking for. They do have a 10 inch adjustable reel set. Seems like it would heavy.

I’m using breakaway coasters on an italcanna vector and I also use them on a breakaway HDX for tournament casting. In many ways I prefer them to a reel seat as they are lighter, act as a built in trigger and keep the reel closer to the blank which allows me to grip the spool easier. On a pompano rod they should be great.
