Our cold blooded denizens are enjoying the warmest winter on record. I saw a very large Northern Watersnake at False Cape on Saturday. He was looking very spry and not sluggish at all, which you would expect at this time of year. Also caught bass and bluegills. Sunday, after church, fished Mackay Island and saw Cottonmouths there and over in the Va portion of Back Bay.(One bass and several bluegills) I mention it so you all that might be prowling around the boonies on one pretense or another will eep an eye out.
Usually, I have a tendency to run around in tennis shoes after November, but not this year....I am wearing boots right on through this winter.

BA
(the Adder is a snake, and he,too, is enjoying the warm weather!)
