Went to choptank last night due to past weekend's horrible charter boat trip. Went out on the Patrick from Deale and out of 12 guys on the boat had 4 keepers. It was a horrible day, even the captain was getting frustrated and angry (at times at us).
Last night there were total of 6 people on the pier, chilly but nice night for fishing. Arrived at 5pm and had first fish about 5:30, perch.
It was slow until 9:30 with occasional perch and many toadfish. Around 10:30, caught a 26 inch rock on peeler. And then a trout 14 inches and a blue.
Tried live lining but no luck, lived lined a eel and spot. Left around 12am due to no rock in the cooler rule.
