I think someone asked where to target Carp a while ago.

Today, I took a quick lunch walk along the Potomac and saw some big Carps across the street from Kennedy Center. There were at times 10 or so Carp ranging from mid 20's to lower 40's sticking their face onto the water discharge pipe.

Thanks for the info. I haven't been carp fishing in 20 years. Time to get my cornmeal out someday...

Try Beachwood park. I've hooked some nice carp while fishing for pickerel using hard plastic. I could feel the lure bouncing off there backs and they would get hooked on the dorsal fin. Nice fight on ultra light gear.
